Therapeutic Movement Sessions
Movement sessions are often considered the link between Rolfing™ Bodywork and and Real Life. These sessions help coach you through your daily routines and movement patterns from sitting, sleeping, walking, working, and other lifestyle activities. Movement sessions can also be tailored to your specific interests and hobbies if you are looking to improve your athletic goals, working habits, or explore pain-free movement. Some movement work can be tied into a standard structural session. However, for more in-depth guidance it is recommended to schedule an individual movement session.
