Professional Bio
I have been studying and working with the interconnected body-mind systems since 2005. I have a background in the Rolf Method of Structural Integration, Neurovascular Release, Visceral Massage, Trauma Informed Parts Work (IFS), Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga, Personal Training, & Endurance Athletics.
As a Somatic Bodywork practitioner I aim to help clients connect with their fullness and interpersonal exploration. This manifests uniquely for everyone, and my goal is to support YOU in YOUR JOURNEY towards your individual goals. My vision is to make a positive impact in the world by empowering you in your innate ability to heal and transform. Helping you reduce pain and discover more ease, energy, and connection in your body, mind, and spirit. In such, supporting an active and empowered lifestyle that ripples into external experiences and relationships. Sessions often incorporate movement, corrective exercise or stretching, and/or trauma-informed somatic therapies such as parts work or IFS.
