Luminoso is a free dance and mindful movement practice. We begin with a guided and grounding somatic meditation before dropping into a movement and dance space. The whole practice will have some light guidance throughout as we move through the various rhythms that are inspired by the elements & their related states: Earth, Water, Fire, & Air.
A Movement Journeys is an internal deep dive that helps to draw up and move through the waves of our emotions and experiences, connecting us to a more open or authentic sense of self.

Luminoso will lead you through an energetic cleansing process, offering a space and practice to fully embody all that which lives under the surface.

EarthFirst we find Ground. Settling into our feet, and the spine with earthly beats and rhythms. It's important to feel into the body, invite in resource and connection before dropping in.

WaterSlow and fluid movement and music guides us into the depths of emotion. An opportunity to drop into the core of its expression.

FireLike fire, the middle will pull notes from passion, anger, frustration, and action. Intensifying our energy, motivation, and willpower - we begin to purify through movement.

AirUplifting, lighthearted, and grateful. We close with the intention of reconnecting to pure joy. A reprieve from intensity while honoring the notes of our process, and perspective to see the full picture.

Erin SolveigErin is deeply versed in practices of movement, mindfulness, and energetics. She brings years of experience in teaching and healing work through yoga, bodywork, movement, and somatic therapies.
In her free time you can often find her adventuring about the gorge with her dog Eko. |
